so fires in arizona are bringing smoke and terrible air into the vegas valley;
the smart genius i am went running this morning [at 5 am] you have to go that early if you dont want to melt in the heat..well i started running; and i was going strong...after about a mile; my back started to hurt, my lungs to be exact. i started breathing harder and had to start walking back home.
of course the day i decide to start running in the morning; i practically ruin my lungs =[
sooo...i worked out again tonight; [8 strikes]! my favorite class; drenched in sweat always makes you feel better!
sushi tomorrow!
well my form of sushi anyway [cali roll, and shrimp tempura rolls]. ive tried more exotic things but im a person of habit; and doesnt want to pay for something that i dont like; or may not like!
so countdown is less than 5 weeks until my cruise!
i am uber excited!so wednesday has become WEIGHT IN WEDNESDAY!
yes i know other people do it; and yes i think it is a great idea!
so every wednesday i will talk about what my goal for the week is;
what im doing to achieve that goal and when i want to achieve it by!
so this week!
- lose two pounds by saturday
- i am doing this by eating protein; lo carbs; and working out
- hense 8 strikes and my random run this morning!
- I want to like i said achieve by saturday!
- i will let you know on saturday if it worked;;;
- and thennnnn..next wednesday i will again talk about a new gym class i am trying!

i am not a TWIHARD;
buttt i do love the movies and mr. lautner =]]
if i had the chance to meet him, i would make him fall in love with me =]
