i left at 4 am..i am one crazyy girl..well as im driving down the 15..listening to my carrie underwood song "undo it," which will ironically be something i want to do;; because i look in my rear view mirror and this is what i see...
\yep! silly me got pullled over!
and never ever in my life have i been pulled over or even been close to being pulled over; needless to say i was a wreck! not only did i get a ticket but the cop was not very nice and called me a typical "cute girl from vegas, who thinks she can get away with anything." and to answer your question; i didnt say anything sarcastic or mean or rude; i was weeping like a baby handing over my information; saying sorry and sir and i was nothing but polite?! so whatever that was a start to the bad day!
When i get to california the people i went with werent at the house yet so i had to walk around [which was fine i walked thru shops and on the boardwalk] and then an hour or two later they were finally there; the house we stayed at was amazing! it was so beautiful and right by the beach and i just absolutely loved it!
That day we just hung out and enjoyed the beach; it was chilly i must say [june gloom in full effect].
the next day we went rollerblading on the boardwalk to breakfast and back; then enjoyed the beach because it ended up being super nice out!
thennnnn...the best part for dinner we had steamed crabs; sent all the way from Baltimore! i have never had to experience taking apart my own crab but i was a quick learner and it was such a fun [and messy] experience!
then woke up thursday morning at 6 am and drove back to good ol' home! [ticket free i might add]
spent the rest of the day swimming with my family who left today!
today i went to a great little restaurant on my side of town and enjoyed a yummy chicken salad..and it was perfect! like the chicken was light and moist; and the lettuce was delicious.
oh! i had onion rings today also at lunch [and i HATE onion rings if i can control it]. but these were DELICIOUS!
