so in approx. one hour i will be shimming my butt off to the gym;
i will be attending a step class =]
then running.. [i ate a bowl of cereal last night after dinner]
what'd i have for dinner you ask??
and i cant explain the dinner w/o adding the cereal
so today i will be "stepping" it up =] hehhe

[my motivation]:
i will be going to california in ohhh..two and a half weeks!
which means swimsuit..all day..dress all night..
and then in two months as you alreadyyy know:
